Field Operations Personnel

Job Description
You will be an integral member of our field operations team, responsible for daily operational tasks assigned by the Field Operations Manager.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will be energetic, with a good work ethic!! Experience operating large - modern farm equipment, CDL license, and the ability to operate 1 Ton, 2 Ton, and over-the-road tractor trailers "safely" preferred. Consideration will be given to those with the preferred qualifications, but individuals with common sense, good work ethics, and the ability to succeed in a team environment will be considered as well.

Shop & Field Repair Technician

Job Description
You will be an integral member of our operations team by maintaining and repairing all of the modern agricultural equipment and vehicles, necessary to achieve our operational goals.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will be energetic with a good work ethic. The candidate must have experience in the maintenance and repair of modern agricultural machinery, pickups, 1-ton, 2-ton, & over the road tractor and trailers. The candidate must be flexible when accepting daily job duties and show the ability to change duties seamlessly, when asked to change priorities or fill in for an operator if needed. Common sense, good work ethics, and the ability to succeed in a team environment are critical to this position.
