Full-time field manager operating various agricultural equipment, leading to a working manager role with increased responsibility. 
 
Requirements
Comprehensive training program provided, including training sessions at John Deere University. Agriculture background preferred,
but not required. Various Ag degrees acceptable. Understanding of precision farming and agronomy knowledge. John Deere equip-
ment and GS2 experience preferred, but not required. Ability to become a contributing member of the Seba Bros. field management
team, to review and carry out daily operating and field management duties as required by senior management. Strong problem
solving skills, and willingness to be flexible to changing conditions and needs of the company. Ability to be part of a high perform-
ance team that respects, trusts, supports, and communicates with each team member effectively to consistently achieve aggressive
goals. Prefer long term, year 'round commitment to a company with over 35 years in production agriculture. Strong work ethic
required to work extended hours during growing season. Meals provided during busy season. Very attractive and competitive
package, including profit sharing. Housing available. Immediate position available.

Field Operations Personnel

Job Description
You will be an integral member of our field operations team, responsible for daily operational tasks assigned by the Field Operations Manager.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position will be energetic, with a good work ethic!! Experience operating large - modern farm equipment, CDL license, and the ability to operate 1 Ton, 2 Ton, and over-the-road tractor trailers "safely" preferred.   Consideration will be given to those with the preferred qualifications, but individuals with common sense, good work ethics, and the ability to succeed in a team environment will be considered as well.

Crop Care Applicator Manager

Job Description
Full-time field applicator specialist operating and managing spray and spread equipment, leading to a working manager role with increased responsibility.

Requirements

Understanding of precision farming and agronomy knowledge. John Deere equipment and GS2 experience preferred, but not required. Strong problem solving skills and willingness to be flexible to changing conditions and needs of the company. Ability to be part of a high performance team that respects, trusts, supports, and communicates with each team member effectively to consistently achieve aggressive goals. Strong work ethic required to work extended hours during growing season. Meals provided during busy season. Very attractive and competitive compensation package, including profit sharing.
